Warranty Policy

At OnestopMining, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes products may develop faults, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy to protect our customers' investments.

Most of our brand-new ASIC miners and power supplies are covered by a warranty for a specified period, which varies depending on the product. Please refer to the warranty information tab on each product page for the specific warranty period.

 

The following conditions do not apply to this warranty:

  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who directly bought the machine from OnestopMining. If the miner is resold, the responsibility for warranty coverage falls on the re-seller.
  • OnestopMining will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the user's failure to use the product according to the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions, or if they modify the function settings of the unit without OnestopMining's prior consent.
  • Mining machine accessories, second-hand mining machines and power supplies do not enjoy warranty service.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

【NOTICE2】Please note that the warranty does not cover any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us or sending a replacement to you. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for your protection.

If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue and determine if a repair or replacement is necessary. In some cases, we may require you to send the product back to us for inspection before we can process a repair or replacement.
